What does Steelworth actually do?
Steelworth is a boutique management and technology consulting practice. We work across seven capabilities: AI strategy and adoption, agentic AI and automation, AI governance, data and analytics, cloud and enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and process excellence.
Every engagement runs the same operating thesis: standardize the work first, then automate it, then apply AI where it pays.
Do you advise, or do you build?
Both, in that order. Engagements start with diagnosis and design, and they end in working systems, not slideware. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it: there is no bench of juniors learning on your budget.
Who owns what you build for us?
You do. Systems we build run in your accounts and on infrastructure you control, the documentation stays with your team, and the audit trail is yours.
That is how we run our own operations, and it is how we build for others: if Steelworth stepped away tomorrow, the system would stay and keep running.
How do you keep AI systems governed and safe?
Governance is designed in from the first week, not retrofitted after an incident. In practice that means risk-tiered review, human approval gates on consequential actions, and an audit log behind every agent action. In the agent system we run on our own operations, every outbound write is human-gated and every answer is logged.
For organizations with AI already deployed, we also offer a standalone AI governance audit: a fixed-scope review of an existing system or program, aligned with the EU AI Act and the NIST AI RMF.
What does a first engagement look like?
The usual entry point is the Process Maturity Diagnostic: two weeks, fixed scope, with a fixed fee agreed before we start. You get your operation scored against the five-level Process Maturity Model, the binding constraint named plainly, and a sequenced 90-day plan. The findings are yours whether or not we continue into delivery.

The problems change by industry; the method does not.
How is Steelworth related to GRIPHCON and IACRUZ?
Steelworth works inside a three-firm circle with GRIPHCON, a US technology consulting firm built for execution, and IACRUZ, an enterprise AI center based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The three firms share partners, methods, and delivery capacity, which gives clients coverage across the Americas and Europe.
Where is the proof that this works?
We publish it. Our own rental operation runs day to day on AI agents, with operating numbers published from day one and a white paper describing the full pattern. The capability system behind it is public: eight departments and thirty-seven executable skills you can click through. And the research behind the method is published as we write it.
